To join our team, applicants must meet the following requirements:
  • Valid security guard license (as required in California)
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Strong communication and reporting skills
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly
  • Reliable transportation (for patrol positions)
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in security or law enforcement
  • CPR / First Aid certification
  • Experience with surveillance systems and reporting tools
